Practicing Since: 2014
Karen creates an accepting, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere where clients can explore ways to address struggles in both the short and long term. She focuses on a client-centered approach, coupled with the Enneagram, to try to discover what methods work best for each individual.
Karen prefers to invest time in developing a strong rapport with clients to truly understand their unique perspective and worldview. The combination of the Enneagram typing, and client-centered approach provides unique insight into individual dynamics and therefore allows for greater discovery of what works best for each client and what tools are most helpful for the individual’s situation.
Karen is married with 2 adult children and 1 grandchild. She enjoys spending time with family, watching tv, occasionally kayaking and paddle boarding. She also likes hiking and being outside when the weather is cooler.
Karen is licensed in the State of Virginia (#0704016303) and is under the supervision of Stacey Crosson, LMFT (VA License # 0717001506).
