Nicholas Wesley, Masters Level Clinical Intern

Practicing Since: 2022

Clients of Nicholas can expect a warm, safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where they can feel free to be themselves. He enjoys working alongside clients to select the best treatment approach for them to meet their goals. At times, difficult and/or sensitive topics may come up during counseling, and Nicholas assures that his clients will feel supported and know that they will not experience any judgement within the therapy environment.

Nicholas believes the therapeutic process is a collaborative, which requires the counselor and client to work together to achieve treatment progress. What progress looks like is going to be unique for everyone. Ultimately, the therapeutic process is a journey, and Nicholas is ready and willing to go on that journey alongside his clients to achieve their definition of progress.

Married and a dog dad to his corgi, Nicholas enjoys exercising, hiking, and sports in his spare time. He is also learning how to garden and has an interest in growing different kinds of plants.

Nicholas Wesley is under the clinical supervision of Sandy Chaplin, LCPC (Maryland license #LC3264).
