John Morano, MS

Practicing since: 2022

John Morano graduated from Monmouth University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He was inspired to become a therapist through his commitment to personal growth, both in himself and in those he works with. He walks alongside clients as they step outside their comfort zones, offering the support and guidance they need to move forward.

John also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Theory, which he applies to help clients navigate interpersonal interactions and strengthen how they express their needs and set boundaries. He takes a collaborative, client-centered approach grounded in cognitive theory, tailoring each session to support clients’ growth, understanding, and unique needs.

Working with John, clients enter a peaceful and accepting space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported. He believes in meeting his clients where they are in their journey. Furthermore, driven by the therapeutic relationship, he aims to collaborate in a way that fosters meaningful growth and encourages self-directed progress. John believes that blending empathic listening with a thoughtful exploration of each client’s values and experiences helps them uncover clarity and take confident steps forward.
