Jasmin Bryant, LGPC

Practicing Since: 2022

As a therapist, Jasmin strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel genuinely heard and safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. Jasmin sees the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, where she works together with clients to uncover strengths, navigate challenges, and foster growth.

Jasmin often draws from evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and person-centered therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of the client.  She values authenticity and empathy and believes that meaningful change happens when clients feel empowered, understood, and supported.

Jasmin views mental health as an important part of overall wellbeing.  It’s not about being “perfect” or free from struggle, but about building awareness, resilience, and the ability to cope with life’s ups and downs in a way that aligns with one’s values and needs. The therapeutic process is a journey. It’s a space to slow down, reflect, and makes sense of one’s experiences with support and guidance. She believes therapy works best when it feels collaborative. It’s okay to not know exactly what one wants out of therapy at the beginning.  Jasmine feels that her role is to meet the client where they are, provide tools and insights, and help them explore possibilities, while always providing a space that is safe, respectful and empowering.

Jasmin enjoys practicing self-care by spending time with her family and friends.  She loves to play tennis in her spare time and enjoys going to the gym.  She also enjoys going to museums and trying new restaurants and food.

Jasmin is licensed in the state of Maryland (Lic# LG16552) and practices under the clinical supervision of Nicole Green, LCPC (LC4253).
