Erin Maynard, CRNP-PMH, FNP

Practicing since: 2023

Erin Maynard graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She was inspired to enter the field after working in addiction medicine with patients to navigate the long, difficult journey with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. That experience deepened her understanding of the gaps in mental health services and motivated her to pursue a career where she could make a similar impact on others.

Erin is also a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and this additional training helps her identify medical issues that may contribute to psychiatric symptoms. Erin’s expertise helps her better understand how medications interact to develop a more accurate treatment plan. Her approach integrates evidence-based treatment with genuine compassion. Erin believes healing happens when people feel heard, supported, and understood. She strives to create a safe space where clients can explore their challenges and build lasting change.

While working with Erin, clients can expect a collaborative, supportive, and judgment-free experience focused on understanding their unique needs and helping them reach their mental health goals. Erin believes clients are experts in their own experiences and treatment decisions are made together, honoring the client’s goals and preferences.
