“If you can change your perspective, it will change your life.”
Don’Elle graduated from Morgan State University with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She is inspired by the shift toward holistic and person-centered approaches – recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all, but rather about meeting people where they are with compassion, evidence-based tools, and cultural sensitivity.
Don’Elle’s approach to treatment integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and holistic healing practices. This integrative framework has supported meaningful growth and positive transformation in the lives of her clients. She grounds her practice in a strength-based, client-centered model that empowers individuals to recognize and build upon their resilience and innate capabilities
Clients will experience a supportive, nonjudgmental space where their experiences and perspectives are not only heard but are also valued. She tailors her work to fit each client’s unique needs, ensuring a compassionate and effective therapeutic experience. Don’elle is inspired by being part of a growing, evolving profession that is actively breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. She helps clients reframe their experiences, identify new ways of understanding their challenges, and recognize the strengths they already carry.
