Cordelia Cowan graduated from The University of Georgia with a Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Child and Family Studies. She was inspired to become a mental health counselor knowing how overwhelming mental challenges can be. Her goal is to guide clients through their struggles so they can regain control and experience a more fulfilling life.

Cordelia is also certified in group therapy and CBT/Trauma and implements this expertise with clients. She approaches treatment using an integrative approach that combines cognitive-behavioral therapy with mindfulness practices, tailored to help clients understand and manage their emotions effectively.
