With comprehensive training in clinical mental health counseling and nursing, Jaclyn brings a unique, integrated perspective to therapy. She specializes in helping individuals manage anxiety, depressive symptoms, life transitions, work-related stress, and burnout, as well as supporting those navigating chronic health conditions. In addition to her clinical work, Jaclyn is committed to ongoing professional development through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), the American Counseling Association (ACA), and the American Nurses Association (ANA). She strives to create a warm, supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered, understood, and supported in their journey toward healing.
