Sheena Royster, LGPC

Practicing since: 2026

Sheena Royster graduated from Loyola University with a Master’s degree in School Counseling. Her passion for mental health counseling was shaped by her experience as an educator, where she worked closely with adolescents and young adults navigating complex life challenges and witnessed the significant impact those experiences had on their emotional well-being. Inspired by this work, Sheena pursued advanced training in mental health counseling to deepen her clinical expertise and provide compassionate, meaningful support to individuals seeking positive change.

Sheena provides support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, and emotional regulation difficulties. Drawing on her extensive background in education and counseling, Sheena takes a holistic approach that recognizes the connection between emotional health, personal growth, and overall well-being.

Clients can expect a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her goal is to help adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges with confidence while fostering lasting growth, healing, and personal transformation.
