He focuses on equipping individuals with effective coping mechanisms and focusing on the present moment by breaking destructive habit patterns and replacing them with new long-term healthy habits.
Having extensive experience in many different areas of mental health therapy, James utilizes his skills to help clients find ways to solve, decrease symptoms, and manage their own mental health issues.
James enjoys a variety of extracurricular activities such as traveling with his wife, camping, strategy games, and eating different types of delicious foods. He enjoys extreme activities like Whitewater kayaking, snowboarding, and Military simulation sports like paintball and airsoft.
Married for 17 years, James and his wife have a fur baby named Mocha.
