Practicing Since: 2023
Haley’s main goal in therapy is to provide a safe haven for her clients that is genuine, empowering, and free of judgement. Acknowledging uniqueness and individuality is at the forefront of Haley’s clinical practice, so she tailors her approach in treatment to fit the individual and their goals and needs.
Having earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a major in Exercise Science, Haley understands the power of physical wellness, and the importance both mental and physical health play in keeping oneself well.
In her spare time, Haley enjoys being outside and active- whether that be traveling and exploring new places with her loved ones, or spending a day kayaking, hiking, or playing with her dogs.
Haley Grooms is under the clinical supervision of Stefanie Plitt, LCSW-C Maryland (#16101).
